Carrigatogher to the single carriageway N7 Nenagh
to Castletown
Work is continuing on the widening of the existing Nenagh bypass and extensive traffic management processes are in place to maintain full traffic flow while the work progresses. Temporary barriers have been erected to isolate traffic from the main construction work and cones are in place.
There are 6 bridges in this section and work has commenced on four.
Air emission licences have been obtained for two asphalt batching plants and one near the Carrigatogher interchange will commence production on 10th September 2008.
